Our backgrounds as business professionals, researchers, and practitioners underpin our approach to growing the sport and building professional and long lasting youth teams.  We don't have all the answers.  Instead, we conduct research to understand the underlying problems and then develop, pilot, and test programs to inform our approach -- learning what works well and what needs to be improved.   Along the way we publish what we learn to help inform others and shape the sport.
