Frequently Ask Questions

Where do I begin?

If you are a school, youth oriented organization, club, or parent, start by contacting us.  We can help at any stage.  We've helped university presidents start teams from scratch to working with coaching to improve their practices to providing incentives for teams to invest in their future.  It starts with a conversation that we are eager to have with you.

What are the barriers you can help with?

We are discovering barriers all the time and are constantly working to help teams conquer them.  The most common barriers we see (and help with) are helping schools recruit, organize and equip a team, find and train coaches, plan practices and competitions, meet other teams, link with a club, and secure funding.  Between our own resources and leveraging those offered by other organization, we've been pretty successful and helping teams in a variety of ways.

What does your help cost?

Nothing.  The shooting sports are expensive enough.  We believe that growing the shooting sports requires a philanthropic effort.  We are grateful for the support our organization receives from those that believe the same and we use those grants and donations to help your organizations build and grow the sport.

Can you help a team that already exists?

While our focus is on helping organizations create new teams, we also know there are existing teams that are looking to improve and grow.  We'd love to know about your team's goals and see if we can help you achieve them.

I'm trying to find a team for my child to join, can you help me find one?

Yes.  We understand the clay target shooting landscape can be difficult to navigate.  We know most of the organizations in our state and can help find the closest teams, coaches, or clubs.  We will warn you, however.  Often a parent looking for a team for their child ends up starting a team at their school -- which we love to see happen.
