Breaking Barriers to Breaking Clays

Who We Are
Pennsylvania has over 500 high schools, 300 colleges and universities, and 120 shooting clubs. We seek to help these organizations partner, create, and grow youth shooting in our region by:

1. Reducing the knowledge, financial, and support barriers for youth oriented organization to create youth teams.

2. Providing organization guidance, coaching, and instruction that lead to well run and well coached youth teams.

3. Aligning resources and providing incentives for teams that encourage behaviors that secure their future.

Get to Know Us
With a foundation of over 30 years of coaching, developing, and building youth shooting teams, Carl and Paul returned home and partnered with Don Miller, a life long conservationist and youth sports enthusiast, to dedicate themselves to building a sustainable, youth-focused shooting program in Western Pennsylvania.

Born in Central Pennsylvania, Carl and Paul grew up working alongside each other in their family's general store. Together they broke their first clay
targets at Generations Skeet Club in Patton, PA, where owner Ralph Holtz went out of his way to make every new shooter feel welcome. With
Pennsylvania values, a desire to serve others, and a love for the shooting sports, Carl and Paul both attended service Academies, earned spots on their collegiate shooting teams, and served their Nation in the military.

Throughout their careers, Carl and Paul remained connected to the shooting sports through their involvement with youth shooting programs in the Northeast. Appreciating the impact of professional instruction in their own lives,
they hold multiple instructor and coaching certification. They compliment these credentials by establishing sustainable youth programs, leveraging their leadership and business acumen, securing financial support, investing in
facilities, and training youth coaches.
Don, Paul, and Carl have enjoyed success in life — success they attribute to the opportunities and lessons learned from the shooting sports.
They are now eager to give back and pursue a passion they all share — building confidence, opportunity, and strong values through the youth shooting sports. Proud sons of PA, they can think of no better place to invest their talent than the place they call home.
